Welcome to The Electric Current Rundown podcast episode number 86.

And I’m your host, Phil Defiance, and I’ll always say I’m here to encourage the spread of intriguing knowledge that can spark fires in the minds of those seeking inspiration and truly improving the world.

And what I’m going to be talking about in this episode includes a popular topic, Three Hash Wants a Gun.

And then I’m going to be talking about an immense mystery older than Stonehenge.

But, okay, to start off the episode, I want to add a couple of points to where I left off on the last episode about that topic from that article that was titled Millie Bobby Brown’s face was never any of our business.

There was a couple points I wanted to add, like, for example, the article mentioned women empowerment, and that’s just, like, re-

retarded, really.

I mean, like, oh, because, like, they’re talking about how that actress, like, got a little bit older, like, is connected to women empowerment.

I mean, like, it should just be connected to, like, I mean, that’s just life.

And, like, I mean, people obsessing over that type of thing and connecting it to women empowerment is just bizarre, in my opinion.

And regardless, it also mentioned sympathy for celebrities.

I mean, like, that’s also stupid, because, I mean, if you’re getting into the career of being a celebrity, then you gotta understand, I mean, there’s things that come with this thing.

I mean, like, people are gonna criticize you, that’s just life.

I mean, if you’re in the public eye, that’s just the way things go.

So, I mean, sympathy for celebrities is stupid.

I mean, that that article said that and I have to point that out and also it was ridiculous to another thing that was written in that article.

It was saying like tabloids don’t exist anymore.

I mean, what?

I go to the supermarket and I see tabloids everywhere.

I mean, I don’t know what that article writer was talking about.

Maybe the article writer lives in a parallel universe or something.

Obviously not.

So, exactly a point.

I mean, people that write articles like that are like delusional or something.

I mean, that was clearly a serious liberal that was writing that and it made no sense.

Those points.

But then again, I mean, as I said in the last episode, there were points that I had to agree with and well, I mean, if you want to see what I really was talking about, go ahead and go back to that last episode.

But okay, so now I’m going to fit in.

I mean, now I’m going to switch topics and I’m going to talk about that.

Popular topics rehash that I mentioned.

So okay, I’m going to talk about a few things.

And like I did the last time I did this, I’m going to post links in the description to the original episodes that came from.

And like a short summary in general, like I mean, really like I’ll just give you a quick idea before I get into it either way.

And that that means like I mean, I’m going to be talking about like how to be more interesting and even a connection to that with weekend warrior workouts and how humor plays a role in connection with being more interesting and as well as I mean, just like thinking about life, like I mean, just like through leisure and things like that.

But okay, so let me bring it on down right here.

Okay, so I mean, being interesting really starts with being likable and engaging in diverse topics, like a variety of things, like don’t be just knowledgeable in like one or two things, be knowledgeable in a group of things, like in a variety of things, literally.

Because that makes you more interesting.

I mean, that’s a matter of fact.

And I’ve seen that in real life from my own perspective, like as I gain more knowledge, I became more interesting and people show that to me, that they who are more interested in what I was talking about, but I’ve even seen it with other people.

Like, I mean, when I noticed that people like know more things, like they seem more interesting.

Like, you even see it in like TV or things like that, too.

But I mean, so like if you embrace that in yourself, that could definitely help you being more interesting and then people will like you even more.

And also like another point is, well, okay, so embracing, I mean, embracing personal growth, like grow yourself, like make yourself even better.

Like expanding, I mean, when it comes to that diverse topics point, like expanding your knowledge fosters better conversations.

And that’s the whole point.

Either way, so like, I mean, okay, I’m gonna continue on on that topic after this quick break either ways.

Anyway, so on this quick break, I’m going to say at plainbowl.com, we have an expanding catalog of high quality clothes and consumer goods.

If you want really cool looking clothes or consumer goods at low prices, check us out.

Go to plainbowl.com.

That’s plain like airplane, plainbowl.com.

But okay, so to continue on on that topic of being more interesting, I mean, on top of the things that I already said, I mean, another good point is staying active with Weekend Warrior Workouts, for example.

I mean, that, I mean, just being active builds confidence, because like, as you like, have this, like, determination to build your muscle mass, or like, things like that, like, really, like, get to certain points that you’re aiming for, like, I mean, as you do those things, you build confidence regardless.

And well, then you reduce stress.

And, I mean, when it comes to working out, like, I mean, this was based off a previous episode, like I said, I mean, this is a popular episode’s rehash.

In that episode, in particular, I was talking about weekend warrior workouts.

But, I mean, not everyone can manage extreme workouts of that variety, like a weekend extreme workout, really.

That’s what it was all about.

But even a limited approach can be beneficial.

And that is, I mean, okay, I mean, there’s different types of people that go to the gym or even work out.

Like, I mean, yeah.

If you really wanna be, like, hard at it, I mean, you can go ahead and go to the gym, like, five days a week or three, four days a week, or do a weekend warrior workout.

But, I mean, even a limited approach and you, like, hit some targets, like, maybe one day a week, but not an extreme workout, just like, you know, you get a little bit of workout stuff done.

It doesn’t have to be extreme at all.

Even then, that can build confidence too, because then you feel like, oh, I accomplished something.

Like, I did, like, I helped my body.

Like, I made myself more healthier, even though it’s not, like, hugely healthier.

Like, people that, like, go to the gym, like, very often or get an extreme workout done.

But it’s still like something, something that you can be proud of, and that builds confidence.

So even that way, I mean, that could be beneficial to you too, in becoming more interesting, because having confidence is something that makes you more interesting too.

But either way, so then, now, what about this?

I mean, humor plays a role too in being more interesting, with figures like Jerry Seinfeld and his sitcom Seinfeld.

That sitcom was one of the most popular sitcoms ever made.

I mean, it was like huge, and even this season finale was like tens of millions of people that watch that.

I mean, I was a huge fan when it was like a brand new show, like, I mean, as they were releasing new episodes.

That’s what I meant, not brand new.

Like, I mean, okay, when it was brand new, I was like a little child.

But like, I’m not talking about that.

I’m talking about like when they were releasing new episodes.

I mean, I was a huge fan and a lot of people were, and for good reason.

I mean, because that show offered insights into communication and social dynamics.

I mean, just watch it to see what I’m talking about.

And like, I mean, like as you watch that show, like, I mean, especially if you have never seen it or if you were a fan.

And obviously, I mean, just because you were a fan years ago, I mean, obviously, you’re not watching it again.

I mean, some people actually still do, though.

But like, I mean, just even if you’re not watching it anymore, because I mean, like you got life moves on, I mean, you’re not just going to keep watching the same show over and over again.

But even then, I mean, obviously, if you’ve watched it before, you were a fan and for good reason, right?

So like, I mean, just think about like that show or if you’ve never seen it before, like I said, just watch the show and you’ll see what I’m talking about and what all the hype is about.

I mean, it really like shows you like seriously good methods of like connecting with people.

I mean, it is like inspiring in many ways.

I mean, and also like it just shows you like unique forms of comedy.

I mean, you can embrace those kinds of concepts if you want to like it throwing a little bit of humor into your conversations, which people like.

Is a matter of fact, but like, I mean, the point is that engaging conversational skills enhance one’s presence.

I mean, your presence if you embrace such things.

But okay, so now, like, I mean, the last point right here, I mean, in relation to making yourself more interesting, the last one being contemplating ideas through the day, including on the toilet, can be useful.

I mean, like, if you really are trying to make yourself more interesting, why not?

Like, I mean, like with anything, like, I mean, you can contemplate on ideas to, to, like, really formulate a plan to help you with that.

I mean, and one way that a lot of people do formulate plans or contemplate on ideas is, well, sitting on the toilet.

But okay, I’m going to finish off on that and then switch topics as I finish off this episode after this quick break.

And on this quick break, I’m going to say, riding a motorcycle like thunder on a highway is like a dream, gripping handlebars, cool wind, gorgeous views.

What life’s about is soul food.

Look good while doing it.

And get great motorcycle clothing at plainbowl.com.

That’s Plain, like airplane, plainbowl.com.

But, okay, so I mean, on that point, as I was just saying, I mean, contemplate on such ideas like even while, I mean, through at the day, including on the toilet, as some people do, a lot of people do, actually.

Well, at the same time, I mean, at least over here in North America, we have good quality toilets.

And it’s funny because that’s unlike certain parts of the world where questionable, non-flushing designs are gaining ground.

So, I mean, thank God.

Honestly, like the stuff that they’re coming out, like with in Europe, like the things that they’re thinking about over there is insane.

I mean, watch that episode.

I posted a link to that.

I mean, it’s insane.

Can you believe this type of stuff, like non-flushing toilets?

I mean, do you want your house to stink?

Do you want to go to a washroom that just reeks?

I mean, yes.

I mean, go to Europe, then.

I mean, if your Boeing plane doesn’t explode, that’s another topic of these days, right?

I mean, incredible.

But either way, I mean, forget about planes, but I’m just saying, like, it’s insane the type of toilets they’re coming out with in Europe, like, the ideas that they’re thinking about.

I mean, watch that episode to really see what I was talking about over there, but I just had to reference that, especially since it was on one of those popular episodes.

Okay, now I’m going to finish off this episode, giving you a little bit of a touch on the next topic, and I’m going to finish off on that topic in the next episode, but either way, so I’m going to start that off right here in this episode, and that topic is an immense mystery older than Stonehenge.

Yeah, it was about that, I mean, an article about it, and it’s about this place called Gobekli Tepe, or Tepe.

It’s like a weird spelling, I mean, it’s from Turkey.

I guess that was the original name, and yeah, they’re incorporating it in today.

I mean, it was like a mysterious finding that they found.

I mean, it’s actually a strange situation, actually, because like a lot of like archaeologists and historians believe that humanity didn’t really have any religious roots or religious structures, religious situations, until after we went from hunter-gatherers to people that grew crops.

And then this thing right here made in Turkey like 11,000 years ago, according to this carbon dating technology, totally messed that whole theory up.

And it just shows that apparently, yeah, like there was like people that were doing religious type things, like even before humanity was really focusing on farming.

I mean, when humanity was actually just hunter-gatherer types.

So it’s just actually funny.

I mean, it’s just like, so it’s like, yes, science keeps evolving.

And that reminds me, and I’ll emphasize this point again in the next episode.

I mean, they say things like, oh, like when it came to COVID or the COVID vaccines, trust the science, trust the science, like as if it were a religion.

Science is constantly changing.

They keep changing their theories as they discover more or figure out more things.

And that’s just the way that it is.

So, I mean, that’s really funny, too.

But OK, I mean, there’s more things I’m going to say about that in the next episode.

So that’s the end of this episode.

Episode number 86 with me, your host, Phil Defiance.

And I’ll always say I’m here to encourage the spread of intriguing knowledge that can spark fires in the minds of those seeking inspiration and truly improving the world.

Well, till next time, have a good one.
