Welcome to Electric Current Rundown podcast, episode number 32.

And I’m your host, Phil Defiance, and I’ll always say, I’m here to encourage the spread of intriguing knowledge that can spark fires in the minds of those seeking inspiration and truly improving the world.

And what I’m gonna be talking about in this episode includes a mystery theme, tying the topics of this and the last episode together, as well as previously unusable DNA sample, now evidence in quadruple murder trial of a New Jersey, I mean, in relation to a New Jersey uncle.

So, I mean, okay.

Well, yes, a mystery theme.

I’m gonna start with that to tie the topics of this and the last episode together.

So, I mean, okay.

I mean, I talked about fires, right?

So, I mean, smoke in the Hillace, and not just in LA.

I mean, let’s talk about fires in general, too.

I mean, in general, just like smoke, I’m talking about in particular from fires.

I mean, yeah, there’s LA, and then there’s also other areas.

I mean, I live in Toronto.

So, I mean, I’m sure a lot of people in America, as well as here in Canada, have heard about fires like from, I mean, that were happening in Canada, like all over Canada last year.

And then there’s also areas like Washington State and like Oregon and other areas in America too that have had wildfires.

And so, like, I mean, so it makes you think like, oh, like, I mean, especially like I remember last year because I was right here, like close by, is where like all these fires were happening.

Like, I mean, the smoke was in the news.

Like they were saying things like, oh, weather quality outside is bad.

Like some days it was like high risk.

And so, like, I mean, so like, I mean, that’s a health thing, the health concern related to fires.

And, I mean, like I pointed out is, yeah, sure.

I mean, just these days, the big fire story has been LA.

But like, I mean, there’s been fires all across the continent, whether you’re in Canada or in parts of America, and not just LA, other parts too.

So like, I mean, smoke inhalation can be a serious concern.

So I mean, yeah, that’s a health issue.

Like, yeah, of course.

I mean, but at the same time, I think they’re overblowing it.

But I mean, of course, I mean, smoke inhaling, like residue, I mean, like elements from smoke, from big fires like that, there is a health concern for sure.

I mean, whether it’s like as serious as they make it sound or not is up for debate, but there’s definitely even, you could say, a mild health concern.

But okay, I’m going to continue on that topic in a moment after this quick break.

And on this break, I’m going to say everybody likes really good designs as well as knowing their online order will come quickly.

Go to plainbowl.com to get the designs you desire.

Your order will come quick like you expect.

And while you want quick delivery, you’ll have patience for your order because when your order does come, you’re going to love it.

So go to plainbowl.com as plain, like airplane, plainbowl.com.

You’ll love it because you’ll love that clothing.

But either way, so either way.

Continuing on, on that topic, I mean, so there’s health concerns related to smoke inhalation from big fires going on that have been going on all over the continent over the last few years.

And then, I mean, there’s other things like, I mean, stress.

Stress can cause health issues, like physical health issues caused by stress.

And, I mean, there’s also, like, parenting.

Like, parenting can even cause stress, mind stress.

And then, like I said, physical health issues can happen due to mind stress, including parenting, but then other forms of stress.

So, I mean, like, this world is a funny place.

I mean, you got all sorts of things that could cause health issues for you.

I mean, there’s, like, the smoke inhalation, and then there’s health issues that can be caused by stress, including from parenting.

And thinking about parenting, I mean, there’s, like, DNA.

I mean, what are your children?

They’re from your DNA.

So, I mean, like, there you go.

I mean, you wouldn’t have children without, like, your DNA, right?

So, I mean, that’s a factor, too, when it comes to parenting.

And, I mean, just thinking about it, too, I mean, when it comes to DNA, like, the older you get, your DNA degrades.

I mean, that’s what happens.

That’s one of the reasons why you end up weaker and more prone to diseases, and you end up dying eventually, because, I mean, one of the big factors involved is your DNA degrades.

So, I mean, all these things have a connection, as you can see what I mean.

Like, I mean, health issues caused by certain things, like smoke inhalation, like physical health issues caused by mental stress from parenting, and parenting DNA, and your DNA degrades.

But, like, I mean, either way, when it comes to everything, like, I mean, you got to keep in mind, like, you got to stay positive.

I mean, think about the mental health aspect that I just was alluding to.

I mean, if you want to avoid having physical health issues due to stress, you got to keep yourself positive.

You got to be optimistic.

You got to make yourself be happy.

I mean, if you’re feeling a lot of stress lately, try to figure out what makes you happy.

And then maybe suddenly now, instead of feeling stressed, you’re actually enjoying life again, or in a better mood.

And then suddenly your chances of having physical ailments will drop down.

So, that’s actually a very good thing.

Just thinking about that.

I mean, that just came to me just thinking about this, as I tied all those topics together for this mystery topic, just to tie those topics like that.

So, I mean, just think about that.

I mean, I think that’s the most important point I’m really making.

I just came to it as I was talking.

But yeah, I mean, to avoid physical ailments from stress, just try to keep yourself happy.

And if you’re feeling stressed, just try to make yourself more happy.

Try to figure out ways to make yourself happy.

But okay, so, I mean, to finish off on this episode, I’m gonna switch topics to previously unusable DNA sample now evidence in a quadruple murder trial of New Jersey uncle.

So, I mean, this is based on a situation that’s happening in New Jersey.

It’s a murder trial of a man of Hispanic heritage, but really, it doesn’t matter what heritage he is.

I mean, he’s a he’s a long time resident of New Jersey.

Well, either way, I mean, so the man ended up in a situation where he has been accused of killing four of his family members.

And I mean, like his lawyers have been arguing that he definitely would have never done any such thing.

And I mean, there is evidence to show that he isn’t actually the killer, but there’s also evidence that he actually is.

But OK, so I’m going to finish.

I mean, I’m going to continue on, on that topic in a moment.

But that’s after this quick break.

And on this quick break, I’m going to say music is profound.

Whether it’s your favorite artist, a one hit wonder, or a timeless classic, you love it.

Appreciate that love even more.

You’re wearing a quality music shirt from planebowl.com.

That’s Plane, like airplane, planebowl.com.

But anyway, so I mean, the facts of the case involved things like it was like a fire at his place too.

I mean, it’s like, it sounds like a crazy story actually.

And yeah, like there was traces of, I mean, small, minor fragments of his DNA found, like on some of his family members.

And well, I mean, that’s really what it comes down to, because I mean, it just really makes you wonder.

I mean, as technology advances when it comes to DNA testing in relation to murder cases, I mean, it’s like kind of getting to a level that’s kind of questionable.

It’s kind of reminds me of a previous episode I did about murder forensics and bugs.

You could check that out.

Or that’s a few episodes back.

I think it was like episode 19 or 17, something like that.

But either way, I mean, like, yeah.

So like, I mean, there’s a questionable new technology in the realm of DNA analysis.

So that’s really a key factor involved in this murder case.

And you know what I’m going to continue on where I left off right here on my next episode to finish off this topic.

But okay, so that’s it for this episode right here, episode 32 of The Electric Current Rundown with me, your host, Phil Defiance.

And I’ll always say, I’m here to encourage the spread of intriguing knowledge that can spark fires in the minds of those seeking inspiration and truly improving the world.

Well, till next time, have a good one.
