And what I’m gonna be talking about in this quick five-minute bonus episode includes a continuation of where I left off on the last episode on the topic from my girlfriend about sunlight.

And then I’m gonna be talking about the absolute best pasta sauce for mushroom lovers.

So to continue on where I left off on that topic about sunlight.

I mean, you know, sunlight’s a really good thing.

And thinking about sunlight, I mean, we’re entering spring slowly.

I mean, the winter is slowly ending.

And the more south you are, the more apparent it already is here in March, right?

At the end of March, really.

But, you know, I mean, the winter is still going to be here a little bit longer, especially if you’re in the north.

But either way, I mean, there’s a lot more sunlight out there.

And also that reminds me of a topic I talked of quite a few episodes back on the topic of like, you know, the winter solstice and sun lights.

But okay, regardless, I mean, sunlight, like it’s so important to have in your life, like for so many reasons, just thinking about it, like when you go outside, it makes you happy.

It’s good for the mind.

It’s good for every, I mean, many things like physical things, mental things, like it’s just a beautiful thing, just appreciating the sunlight.

And it gives you vitamin D, like I already mentioned, but I gotta emphasize that.

And I mean, just thinking about how happy it makes you regardless, like happiness is a really good thing in everybody’s life.

Like we all gotta experience sunlight, especially if you’re living in the northern part of the continent, then, I mean, like, especially like me, I’m in Toronto, that’s in Canada.

But like, I mean, even if you’re in like New York or Wisconsin or like, you know, like quite a few states in the United States there in the north, too.

Like, you gotta appreciate that sunlight, especially in the spring, in the summer, as well as the fall, all the way from, especially March, all the way into like late October.

It’s just a beautiful thing.

I’m gonna continue on on that quickly to finish off on that after this quick break, though.

But, I mean, regardless, like, you got to really appreciate that sunlight.

I mean, now we’re entering the sunlight part of the year, which is so beautiful.

We all got to appreciate it.

So I mean, from now on, all the way till the end of October, I hope everyone that listens to this, like, really make sure to get that sunlight now that it’s here, now that it’s back again, because it’s just truly a good thing for you in so many different ways.

I mean, I think the most important one really is the happiness factor, because it makes people happy.

I know it makes me happy.

So I mean, like, being happy is definitely a good thing, because so many people are stressed out, and inducing more sunlight into your life can make you, like, in a better mood, make your life better, because you’re going to be happier.

So that’s definitely a good thing.

And I think the other really great thing about sunlight is the vitamin D factor, because it really makes you more healthy.

So especially for those two reasons.

But okay, so I’m not, I mean, now I’m going to be switching topics to the next topic of the absolute best pasta sauce for mushroom lovers.

And I mean, it was based on an article I read, and it was from a woman that was talking about how, like, her husband is Italian, and like, I mean, like she especially can appreciate pasta sauces.

And I mean, because, you know, because he’s Italian.

And I mean, so it makes a lot of sense that she’d write an article like that.

But I mean, I’ve had plenty of Italian friends through my life, and I still do.

And I mean, so I can appreciate that too.

And regardless, I mean, I’m a lover of Italian style foods.

I mean, pasta, I got to love that 100%.

I love the taste of it.

So you got to appreciate a good pasta sauce, especially if you like to cook.

And if you don’t cook that often, why not try it once in a while?
