Welcome to Electric Current Rundown podcast, episode number 34.

And I’m your host, Phil Defiance, and I’ll always say I’m here to encourage the spread of intriguing knowledge that can spark fires in the minds of those seeking inspiration and truly improving the world.

What I’m gonna be talking about in this episode includes a continuation of where I left off on the topic of best streaming shows and movies you may have missed last year.

And then I’m gonna be talking about Trump is a godsend, but nobody’s perfect and people have to be more aware of some of his own imperfections.

So let’s be real about that while maintaining a high level of respect for this unique man that is now the president.

And then lastly, I’m also gonna talk about why seed oils have become a target for RFK Jr.

and health influencers based on an article I read.

So, I mean, like when it comes to where I left off on the topic of Best Streaming Shows and Movies You May Have Missed Last Year.

I mean, I mentioned a couple that’s like Beetlejuice, a cartoon and well, yeah.

Beverly Hills Cup, Axel F.

So like, I mean, yeah, and then I talked about, I mean, my views on how a lot of stuff that they make isn’t really that good, but you know, there could be some good stuff.

So, I mean, you never know.

So you might as well check out the list.

I mean, okay, but like, I mean, I’m not going to list off every single one.

And I mean, there were too many, I mean, there were quite a few on the list and it’s hard to remember the exact names and exact details.

And I have a lot of topics to talk about.

So I can’t remember every little detail, but I mean, to give you a quick reference on some more, other than those two that I mentioned, I’m going to reference some and those include The Camp Host, Destroy All Neighbors, Dimension 20, Jr.

Year.

So I mean, those are a few that I listed off.

But you know, I mean, as I said, I’m not going to go off on like a detailed and thorough explanation about what’s in that article, that I got this information from.

But I mean, if you’re looking for some decent shows, maybe there’s a gem in there.

Maybe one of the ones that I already mentioned.

So check out those ones that I already have during this episode and even last episode.

Well, I mean, I even re-referenced them here.

So might as well save this episode.

But I mean, like, check out those ones in particular.

But if you want, you could also look at the description of this episode right here, because I also provided a link to the actual article I got the information from.

And then you can go right to the page, the source right there, and browse through the list of those streaming shows and movies that you may have missed last year.

And maybe, I mean, maybe the episodes that I mentioned already during this episode, may not be the best ones.

There could be others on that list that could be even better.

And yeah, there definitely is potential that there could be one or two, maybe even three gems right there.

And if you look into them, you might actually be impressed and you’ll be like, oh, thank, I mean, you’ll feel like thankful to me right here, Phil Defiance, that I showed you this information, because you might really like it.

So, I mean, check out that list and who knows, you might get a pleasant surprise with that.

So check it out.

Yes, that’s the link right there in the description of this episode right here.

But okay, so before I switch topics to the next topic, I’m going to go on this quick break.

That’s plain like airplane, plainbowl.com.

And when I say we, I mean me.

It’s my store and I don’t got any employees.

But anyway, okay, well, so now I’m going to switch topics to what I said I would talk about next and that is, yeah.

Well, Trump is a godsend, definitely, but nobody’s perfect and people have to be more aware of some of his own imperfections.

So let’s be real about that while maintaining a high level of respect for this unique man that is now the president.

Yes.

I mean, the thing is that like, yeah, he, he’s sure.

I mean, just thinking back, I mean, obviously he just started his second term.

So, I mean, you can’t really pull out much track record on this young second administration of his.

But I mean, looking back to his first term, that’s a full four years, a long time, right?

So, I mean, if you think about what he did during his first term in office, I mean, you got to say, wow.

I mean, that’s why he got re-elected.

He really did a good job.

It’s true.

I mean, in the economy, the economy was roaring.

It was like beautiful.

And a lot of people are excited about what’s going to happen next.

I mean, OK, I’m in Toronto and there’s all that talk about tariffs.

But then again, I mean, you know, I mean, on that topic, from a Canadian standpoint, well, over here, we got Justin Trudeau.

And, you know, like Trudeau went down south into Florida, like around December to have a photo op and try to negotiate things, iron things out.

But, you know, Trudeau is retarded.

I mean, the guy literally was calling Trump Hitler while he was getting reelected.

I mean, that wasn’t smart at all.

And so, like, I mean, Trump laid down this talk about huge tariffs and then Trudeau resigned.

So, I mean, that’s hilarious.

And, you know, I mean, I don’t know.

Well, Trudeau didn’t fully resign.

He didn’t step down.

He just said that he’s stepping out of the race for the next race for prime minister of this country.

And so, I mean, it looks, it looks like a very solid bet that the next prime minister here is going to be a conservative named Pierre Pauliev or Pauliever.

Well, I mean, that’s kind of how you spell it.

I mean, it’s a French name.

It’s like a confusing to pronounce name, but the man is generally, he seems generally good and they call him like the Donald Trump of Canada.

So that’s like good stuff right there.

But like, I mean, okay.

Well, the time is passing and they really want to just talk about Canada here.

But like, I mean, okay.

Well, I mean, the thing is like from a Canadian viewpoint, I mean, like, yeah, I mean, I think that that guy, the next prime minister, he’s going to be able to iron things out between the two countries.

So, I mean, regardless, I mean, just even from my own perspective here in Toronto, like I still have a lot of positive views about the economy, regardless of what’s being talked about right now.

I mean, it’s all in connection to Justin Trudeau over here.

And I think the next prime minister will be able to iron things out with Trump.

But we’ll see what happens.

But regardless, I mean, Trump, he just brings a good economy.

He’s like a really smart man.

I mean, lately, I’ve been watching The Apprentice.

I mean, yeah, the man’s a legend.

I mean, I remember back in the 80s when I was a kid, like, he literally has been a legendary figure for like decades now.

But like, I mean, okay.

So, but like, I mean, what was his big problem during his first term in presidency?

I mean, like, that is COVID related.

I mean, at the last year of his presidency, then boom, out of nowhere came COVID.

And like, I mean, it’s like insanity because like, it just like messed up that last year of his first term in office.

And then what happened?

I mean, he did Operation Warp Speed, and then he ended up bringing out these mRNA vaccines.

I mean, a lot of people complained that about Biden.

I mean, that he mandated it to a degree.

And so, I mean, yeah, even Trump made that complaint.

But I mean, at the same time, I mean, the mRNA vaccine, the experimental technology, all that stuff, that stuff that’s literally killing people and giving people heart attacks and strokes.

I mean, that technology was given to you by Donald Trump.

He made a massive mistake.

That was a huge mistake.

But either way, I mean, okay, so I’m gonna finish off on that topic and also switch topics to end off that episode right after this quick break.

So on this break, I’m gonna say, riding a motorcycle like thunder on the highway is like a dream, gripping handlebars, cool wind, gorgeous views.

What life’s about is soul food.

Look good while doing it.

Get great motorbike clothing at planebold.com.

That’s plane, like airplane, planebold.com.

Check it out.

But okay, so like, I mean, yeah, that was a big problem.

I mean, obviously, one of the reasons why, I mean, obviously Trump had good intentions.

Like, obviously, that was a benevolent mistake.

I mean, that’s what they say about like, people that like are in power.

Like, I mean, I wouldn’t call them a dictator, but there’s been references to other people in other countries that are called benevolent dictators.

Like, basically, people that bring out bad policies on the people.

So, I mean, I wouldn’t I would never dare call Trump a dictator, because obviously he’s not one.

But like, I mean, that was a benevolent mistake.

Like, obviously, he didn’t do that on purpose.

It was out of, like, ignorance about the technology behind it.

Ignorance of the medical industry and the pharmaceutical industry.

That was a big mistake he made.

But like, I mean, so like, that’s what my main point is.

Like, I mean, you got to have respect for the man, because he obviously is a good man.

He’s trying to do good things.

And I just have a lot of optimism of the future in relation to him.

Like I just was laying out.

But like, I mean, just you got to be wary, because no man is perfect.

Even good people make mistakes.

And I mean, whether it’s like medical related, well, the fact of the matter is that Donald Trump has already proven that he can make mistakes.

So I mean, just keep an eye out for that.

And even with such a good man as him, you got to be ready to question his judgment, because sometimes even a good man like him can make mistakes.

And if like if they try to roll out like a new excuse for why you need to do MRNA vaccines, and even if like they try to convince Trump that it’s a good thing, and now Trump’s like promoting it to a degree like he was with MRNA vaccines in the COVID times, just ignore it.

I mean, obviously the man’s a good man, but he’s clearly misled when it comes to that kind of thing.

So don’t let him.

I mean, if they convince him to promote that, then ignore that.

Don’t let him convince you because he clearly is making a mistake in that kind of thing.

And like, I mean, yeah, there’s potential that he may make other mistakes.

So just be weary of that.

But obviously he’s a good president and a good man overall, obviously, definitely.

But okay, so I mean, I just want to finish off the episode on the topic of, okay, so why seed oils have become a target for JFK Jr.

and health influencers?

I mean, seed oils.

I mean, I was born in the 80s, right?

So like, I mean, back then seed oils weren’t really as big of a thing.

I mean, like, and then like around the 90s, they started to roll out seed oils, like all over the food industry.

And I mean, I remember when I was a little toddler and a child, because I was born in 83.

I mean, I was seven years or six, turning seven in 1989 as the year ended.

And we ended that decade.

So like, I mean, I do have memories of that time in my life.

And back then, I mean, obesity was nowhere near where it’s at nowadays.

And I mean, things got really like, people just exploded in weight, like around the year 2000, and even the late 90s.

And ever since then, I mean, obesity has been like a really big problem.

I mean, that’s, I’ve mentioned topics like that in previous episodes, but like, I mean, the thing is like, what brought it here?

Like, how did this come about?

I mean, definitely, there’s strong evidence that seed oils have been a contributing factor, a major contributing factor.

I mean, the introduction of seed oils in the 90s, like being introduced on a mass scale into all sorts of foods, definitely must be connected to the explosion in obesity all over the place.

You see it everywhere.

And so, like, I mean, there’s gotta be a connection there.

So I mean, like, the article I read was actually positive sounding about seed oils, like trying to say that RFK Jr and other people that are talking bad about it, like they don’t have a good point and seed oils are generally good.

Well, you know what?

I feel that RFK is right on target.

And so are others who are talking about it.

And so now here I am, me too, because like if you just think about it, I mean, think about, I mean, if you were born in the 80s or earlier than that, just think about the past, think about the points I just made.

Those are good points.

And when they rolled out those seed oils and brought them into the food supply, like all over the place, that’s when obesity blew up.

So I mean, there’s definitely a connection there.

So like, I mean, there should be limits on seed oils.

And like, I mean, thinking about government limits and RFK Jr, who’s now going to be a main piece of the Trump administration second term.

Well, as long as he gets approved, I’m pretty sure.

I mean, it’s an ongoing process, but I’m pretty sure he will be or he already has.

There’s too much news out there, but I’m pretty sure he’s going to end up being head of health care in America, basically.

I mean, all signs are pointing to that.

And so, like, I mean, just thinking about regulation and even Trump, like, I mean, when it comes to what I was talking about with mRNA, I mean, really, I mean, what Trump should be doing and maybe like a lot of people should be voicing their opinions about this.

Like, I mean, mRNA, there should be regulations on that technology, too, just like with seed oils.

Like, I mean, if I can influence anybody’s opinion, then especially mRNA.

I mean, if I can get some people to really start talking about this, I would love that.

Like, there should be regulations on mRNA.

Trump should realize he made a mistake when it comes to that.

And then it’s a beautiful thing that RFK, who’s about to have that high position of power, thanks to Trump, is a beautiful thing that he’s talking about, about seed oils.

And I really hope that he does something about it.

Because I mean, the food industry really needs to stop using that stuff.

Because there’s definitely a connection there, like I was just laying out.

But either way, so that’s the end of this episode.

Episode 34 of The Electric Current Rundown with me, your host, Phil Defiance.

And I’ll always say I’m here to encourage the spread of intriguing knowledge that can spark fires in the minds of those seeking inspiration in truly improving the world.

And till next time, have a good one.
