Welcome to The Electric Current Rundown Podcast, Episode Number 28.

And I’m your host, Phil Defiance, and I’ll always say I’m here to encourage the spread of intriguing knowledge that can spark fires in the minds of those seeking inspiration and truly improving the world.

And what I’m going to be talking about in this episode includes a continuation of where I left off on the last episode on this article about What’s the Deal with Jerry Seinfeld.

And then I’m going to be talking about, well, exposing the lies of Covid and its connection to now in 2025.

And then I’m also going to be talking about the surprising relationship between oral health and inflammatory bowel diseases.

So okay, I mean, when it comes to Jerry Seinfeld and that article about him, I mean, like I alluded to at the end of my last episode, I mean, the article writer was like comparing I mean, to expand on where I left off.

He was comparing Jerry Seinfeld like in the 90s with his TV show to the Jerry Seinfeld of today about like 20 years later.

And I mean, yeah, he was basically saying that Jerry Seinfeld is like a grumpy old man because like, I mean, of his conservative, like viewpoints, like basically, I mean, you could tell like just by what he’s saying, like out loud in public.

And basically, the guy was like saying that that’s not a good thing.

Obviously, the guy was a liberal and he just like didn’t like it.

But then again, I mean, he was comparing the Jerry Seinfeld of the 90s to the Jerry Seinfeld of today.

I mean, yeah, like if you think about it, too, I mean, on that TV show, I mean, because, you know, Jerry obviously was a part of the storylines.

Like he helped, like, come up with the storylines for the show.

I mean, he wasn’t an actual writer, I recall.

I mean, because I’ve seen the show, like not just in the 90s.

I mean, even more recently, because obviously, I mean, his show was wildly popular in the 90s and is still pretty popular today.

And yeah, of course, I mean, I have some more recent memories of the show.

And yeah, I mean, I wasn’t paying attention to that detail back in the 90s.

But when I was watching it again more recently, I did notice that he wasn’t actually one of the actual writers.

But I mean, it’s well known that he was obviously a part of like the creation of the storylines and ideas behind the show.

I mean, it wasn’t just the writers writing it.

He obviously had to say, I mean, the show was named after him, obviously.

But like, I mean, him and Larry David were like the main minds behind the show, even though they were not the actual main writers.

Obviously, they came up with ideas.

And then the writers like brought their ideas to written scripts.

And that’s really what it was about.

I mean, when it came to the script aspect of the show.

Although I have a feeling, I mean, look at me, like I’m doing a show right here in my own podcast.

And like, I mean, obviously, I’m not writing, I mean, reading a script here.

Yeah, a lot of people like to do teleprompters, but not me.

I’m doing this off the top of my head.

And so I feel that maybe a lot of the script in the Seinfeld show was a little bit freestyle or just like, you know, like they give them a general idea of what to talk about and then they convert it in to their own thoughts, like the actors.

So it was like similar to the original script, but you know, like done in their own way.

I think that’s what it was, because that show just felt like so like, like, I don’t know, it just felt that way, but maybe I’m wrong about that.

I don’t know the whole story when it comes to that show in particular, but the point is that, like, I mean, if you think about the fact that Jerry Seinfeld, as a lot of people know, I mean, even though he wasn’t an actual writer, he obviously had a lot of say in what the storylines were.

And I mean, if you think about it, like, he was a big time player on the TV show, like, every episode, he basically always had a new girlfriend.

So, like, I mean, if you think about that aspect, obviously, like, I mean, yeah, when it comes to that, obviously, the man has changed a lot over the years, because, I mean, if you think about that, being a player, that’s kind of a liberal kind of thing.

But then again, I mean, like, well, I mean, I’ve been a player at a point in my life, too.

But, I mean, nowadays, I’m not.

I’m with a really good girlfriend.

But either way, so, like, I mean, but Jerry Seinfeld, I mean, well, OK, I’m going to finish off on that topic real quick.

Well, and then I’m going to switch to the next topic.

But I’m just going to go on a quick break right here.

So on this quick break, I’m going to say at plainbowl.com, we have an expanding catalog of high quality clothes and consumer goods.

If you want really cool looking clothes or consumer goods at low prices, just check us out, go to plainbowl.com, that’s plain, like airplane, plainbowl.com.

And so, I mean, either way, like, I mean, yeah, but I mean, thinking about how like conservative ideologies are really like a part, I mean, a big part of it is like being religious, although there are non-religious conservatives as well.

But like a lot of conservatives are either fully religious or respectful of the Christian faith.

So, like, I mean, thinking about it from that perspective, I mean, being a player is definitely not exactly a conservative way of life, although there is a libertarian part of conservative ideology.

So, you got to think about it that way too.

But like, I mean, at the same time, I mean, Jerry Seinfeld, like, she’s gotten a bit more conservative over the years, like, I mean, obviously.

But like, I mean, I myself was like a liberal for many years until I changed after Obama was elected.

I mean, I’m a Canadian.

I’m in Toronto.

I’m thinking about moving to the States either way.

But like, I mean, throughout a lot of my life, I’ve been more interested in American politics.

But like, I mean, I have also paid attention a little bit to politics in my country as well.

But OK, I mean, regardless, I mean, up until Obama, I was a liberal myself.

So, I mean, a lot of people change.

Even Trump was a bit liberal when he was younger.

And I mean, in many ways, but not in all ways.

But like, I mean, that’s a fact.

A lot of people know that.

But either way, I mean, so like, I mean, Seinfeld has gotten a bit more conservative over the years.

This article writer thought it was an issue.

But like, I mean, who cares?

And plus, I mean, OK, it is actually kind of cool, though.

I mean, another couple of things like he’s 70 now.

I didn’t even know that.

I thought he’d be a bit younger.

That kind of surprised me.

Another thing is he’s making a TV show called or I mean, not TV show like a special called Unfrosted or he just released it.

It’s about the history of Kellogg’s.

So I found that to be interesting.

But either way, I mean, like, I mean, so what if Seinfeld has some conservative views and he’s pro Israel?

Like this writer wrote about it like it’s a negative thing.

But like, I mean, so what?

What’s wrong with being conservative?

We live in a democracy.

You got to respect both sides, buddy.

Either way, I always will have respect for that man, Jerry Seinfeld.

But either way, now I’m switching topics to what I was going to say next, as I pointed out at the start of the episode, and that is exposing the lies of Covid and its connection to now in 2025.

And so, I mean, thinking about like bird flu, like think about that, like last year, remember, like they kept on talking about it, how bird flu is a serious scare.

They’re even talking about it now.

And like, I mean, like last year, think about that, like how they were killing off chickens and in some areas, like the price of chicken went up and eggs went up, like basically everywhere.

And it’s all in connection to the fact that they’ve been killing off the birds.

I mean, the chickens out of the scare of bird flu.

And like, they were even publishing articles about how cows could have it.

And like, I mean, then there’s even monkeypox.

Like, remember that?

Like, like three years ago, they were, I mean, after Covid stopped being the big news of the day, they like made a big scare out of monkeypox.

Like, talking about it, like, it’s like crazy.

Because like, it came out, I mean, it ended up being a big dud.

Because they literally were saying that it would be a pandemic.

Another pandemic.

Oh, following one pandemic comes another.

Um, that’s what they were saying.

And what happened?

Nothing.

It was a big lie.

That’s what the media does.

That’s all they do nowadays.

You can’t trust these people.

I’m gonna continue on that and also finish off the episode on the other topic that I mentioned at the start.

But before I do that, I’m gonna go on this quick break.

And on this quick break, I’m gonna say this.

Today, you go fishing at one spot.

In a year, it may be a better spot.

You’re good today, but you could be a better fisher in a year or two.

Whether today or in a year or two, look good with quality clothes.

Quality fishing clothes from planebowl.com.

Other fishing shirts look plain in comparison.

We have some truly unique designs, but also basic ones, too.

But whatever you get from us, you’ll stand out and be seen as cool.

Go to planebowl.com.

That’s plain like airplane.

planebowl.com.

And so, I mean, okay.

So, they hyped up Monkeypox.

They hyped that up.

And isn’t it funny, too?

I mean, when it comes to pandemics, before Covid ever happened, they were trying to, I mean, it sounded like, it sure sounded like they knew that a pandemic was coming, because like, I mean, especially around 2012, they were like publishing stories, and there were rumors going around that a pandemic was coming.

And like, I mean, they were telling people like, oh, every once a hundred years, there’s a pandemic.

And that was what they were talking about before Covid even happened.

Yeah, once every 100 years.

Isn’t that what they were saying?

Yeah, because in 1917 or 1918, there was the Spanish flu, right?

Oh, yeah, I know a lot of people died from that.

Sure, I mean, that’s true.

But I mean, yeah, and it was a hundred years ago.

Well, a little bit more now around Covid, it was almost a hundred years, just a couple over.

But like, I mean, the thing is like, okay, so now we went through Covid, the Covid pandemic.

And remember, Spanish flu, take a look for that.

That was two years.

And here we are five years later.

That’s ridiculous.

I mean, because they’re still talking about Covid too, right?

But like, I mean, regardless, the point is, it’s like ridiculous.

I mean, when it comes to Covid, like, okay, but either way, so now they’re saying there’s gonna be a next pandemic, or they’re trying to say, oh, they’re afraid that there might be a next pandemic.

But before Covid ever started happening, like they were saying is once every hundred years.

So like, oh, now they’re trying to say, oh, there’s gonna be more than one every hundred years.

Oh, there’s gonna be a second one, maybe a third one.

Oh, and they’re connecting it to climate change.

Like all the diseases are coming out of the jungle.

Like you’ll hear things like that too.

Like it doesn’t even make any sense.

I mean, because I mean, if you look at official information from the, even the WHO, the WHO, like they’re even admitting that, like, I mean, there’s a possibility that it may have come from a lab.

And a lot of people know this.

But they’re not saying that it was not, I mean, intentional.

They’re saying there’s a possibility it was an accidental leak, like a strong possibility.

They’re even admitting that.

So either way, like obviously it was from a lab.

And then like, either way, like, I mean, a lot of the things that they’re saying is a bunch of lies.

Like a lot of this is just like, they’re trying to scare you.

I mean, monkeypox didn’t become a pandemic.

And now they’re doing the same thing with the bird flu.

And like, if they’re trying, I mean, they’re trying to say that they may do a lockdown.

So if they actually go through and try to do that, you better not let them.

Nobody better, especially here, where we got freedom, where we’re more free than the rest of the world.

America, you don’t know it.

I mean, for you Americans that haven’t been in Canada, you guys think that Canada is not that free, but it actually is.

We don’t really enforce our laws here, as a matter of fact.

And because of that, we’re free to, trust me, it’s true.

So I mean, we’re way more free than the rest of the world, both our countries.

Anyway, so like, I mean, the point is, like over here, the most freest spot on the whole planet, North America, we better not allow no lockdowns because it’s all a bunch of lies.

And you know what?

Forget about it.

Like, I mean, COVID wasn’t as bad as the vaccine that they brought out.

So like, I mean, just think about that.

Like, I mean, especially when it comes to a vaccine, if they try to say there’s a new pandemic, you better not take that vaccine because it’s bad for you.

People are getting heart attacks and things like that.

Like, people are dying.

So like, I mean, it’s all a bunch of craziness.

Just don’t let them do a lockdown, though.

Don’t let them steal your freedoms because that’s what they want you to die.

They want you to have heart attacks.

They want you to be sick and they want to take away your freedoms.

So don’t let them take away your freedoms and don’t take no vaccines.

But, okay, I mean, any of those kinds of vaccines related to anything that they come out with.

But, okay, so I also want to talk quickly about this last topic.

I mean, okay, well, okay, so like, I mean, that’s The Surprising Relationship Between Oral Health and Inflammatory Bowel Diseases.

I mean, okay, well, I mean, those two first topics really took a bit longer than I thought they would.

But, okay, so like, I mean, I’ll just get really quickly into this topic.

I mean, the evidence shows that, like, a lot of people that have Inflammatory Bowel Diseases, also known as IBDs, actually, incidentally, also have, like, issues in their mouth, like with gums, like they have, like, swollen gums and, like, other gum issues.

So, like, I mean, if you or someone you know have, like, noticeable, like, pains in their gums frequently, like, it could be a strong indicator that they have Inflammatory Bowel Disease.

So, like, I mean, if, if anything, if you yourself or someone you know has, like, gum issues, maybe you or that person, you should tell that person or tell yourself to go ahead and go to the doctor to get checked for Inflammatory Disease, I mean, Inflammatory Bowel Disease, because, you know, I mean, if you have that, like, I mean, if you, if you have that and you don’t know you have that, and then you get diagnosed with it, like maybe like the doctors or even like other avenues, like natural supplements, I mean, like you’re not going to be able to treat something if you don’t know you have it.

So you better, I mean, you might as well take a look into it or your friend, family member, they better take a look into it.

I mean, if they got gum issues, if they also have an inflammatory bowel disease, they might as well take a look at the doctor’s office, like see what the doctor says.

If they, if the doctor diagnosis them with it or you with it, this could actually help you or that family member or friend.

So, I mean, think about it.

I mean, take a look deeper into the topic on the Internet.

I mean, I’m not making this up, obviously.

You’ll find out more evidence of this and it could help you if you have gum issues or your family member or friend.

Because, I mean, once you know that you got something, you could help yourself with it, whether it’s with pharmaceuticals or supplements.

But, I mean, how can you do such a thing if you don’t even know that you got this, like, inflammatory bowel disease type of condition?

So, I mean, getting a diagnosis would help you, right?

So, I mean, this is food for thought and it could be real helpful.

But, okay, well, normally, this episode, the Tuesday one, is 15 minutes.

But, I mean, I went a little bit longer, but that’s fine.

So, okay, well, I mean, that’s the end of my episode right here, episode 28 of The Electric Current Rundown, with me, your host, Phil Defiance.

And I’ll always say I’m here to encourage the spread of intriguing knowledge that can spark fires in the minds of those seeking inspiration and truly improving the world.

And till next time, have a good one.
