Welcome to The Electric Current Rundown Podcast, episode number 16.
And I’m your host, Phil Defiance, and I’ll always say, I’m here to encourage this part of intriguing knowledge that can spark fires in the minds of those seeking inspiration and truly improving the world.
And the topics I’m going to be talking about in this episode include a continuation of where I left off on the last episode on the topic of where higher pay for teachers can go wrong.
And also I’m going to be talking about how professionalism has gone down the toilet.
It’s like craziness, like these days in society and my thoughts on that.
And then also I’m going to be talking about motivational tips for cleaning.
So, all right.
Well, to continue on from where I left off on that topic of where higher pay for teachers can go wrong.
I mean, the problem is that there like is a program in the United States about like helping disadvantaged children that are in poverty or in just general, bad financial situations with their family in those situations.
So, there’s a program to help them.
And well, I mean, that program has been going downhill over the last few decades.
And so, the system has been trying to improve that whole thing, and I mean, despite those kinds of efforts, the program has been pretty much failing in comparison to where it was historically.
But at the same time, I mean, they tried to like fix it and like increase a little bit of efforts, like tweak strategies and things, and even boost a little bit of pay and things like that for the teachers.
But then the Biden administration, obviously, which is going out now, but I mean, that administration, while they had a super majority in Congress and Senate during the first two years of Biden, they could have done something about it.
But you see, this just is another example of how, like, morally corrupt or morally wrong these people are on the left.
I mean, they have the ability to fix this.
And what did they do?
They did nothing.
I mean, they could have increased funding for this type of thing, but they didn’t.
And then, I mean, I read this article like a month before the election.
And I mean, they were complaining like, oh, now they have this problem, and they could have fixed it like during that first two years, but they didn’t.
So, I mean, like they’re either incompetent or they don’t care.
And, oh, they recognize the problem after the fact.
And, I mean, regardless, on top of that, like then they were, I mean, Biden tried to fix it.
His administration continued to try to fix this situation.
But, I mean, by the point that he tried again, like he couldn’t get the funding.
He couldn’t increase the funding.
Obviously, because of the Republicans that control Congress.
But, like, he still tried to force in, like, a system that would require the teachers to get higher pay in these programs.
But, I mean, without actually giving the funding for it.
And so, now, because of such idiot movements, because of that, it’s like the teachers in that whole situation ended up in a situation where, like, I mean, the ones that are controlling them, they were about to fire a bunch of teachers because they couldn’t afford these pay raises at the same time as, like, trying to fix that situation in accordance to the rules that they were making.
I mean, it just, like, was a big mess.
But luckily, Trump’s going into office and he’s going to have a whole different approach, and we’ll see what happens with that situation.
But I just found it pretty intriguing of a topic, I mean, just to point out the idiocy of that type of situation.
But, I mean, okay, so I’m going to finish off on that subject, and then switch gears after this quick break.
And on this quick break, I’m going to say plain bold clothing.

That’s plain like airplanes.
plainbold.com.
Well, yeah, I mean, so it’s just ridiculous.
These people are idiots.
And I mean, surely with all this like change in the situation with Trump coming in and the Republicans controlling Congress and Senate, we’ll see where that whole situation goes.
But I just had to call out the stupidity of the Democrats.
I mean, they had a super majority.
They could have fixed the situation, but they didn’t.
So I just want to just put light on that fact.
I mean, these people are idiots.
But OK, now I’m going to switch topics to how professionalism has gone down the toilet.
I mean, like it’s like crazy what’s been going on ever since COVID started happening.
I mean, I just started noticing this thing.
I mean, it’s like before COVID happened, like there was higher standards in society.
And like it just all went downhill after COVID started happening, like after like about six, eight months into COVID all the way till today, especially after Biden became president.
And then everything just went downhill for the last four years.
And really, I could see like things starting to improve already.
And Trump’s not even the president yet.
I mean, praise the Lord.
But either way, I mean, regardless, it’s not just about presidential politics in the United States or anything like that.
There’s a bigger thing going on.
I mean, these companies are using COVID and have been using COVID as an excuse to make things that are less quality and just decrease their standards.
I mean, it’s like ridiculous.
Like, for example, my girlfriend’s been ordering clothing from online stores or going to stores.
And she’s been noticing things have gone downhill when it comes to honesty and integrity from companies.
I mean, clothing used to be a little bit better quality before COVID happened.
And then suddenly, now it’s like she orders something and it’s not the right color.
They advertise it one color, and then she gets it as a different color.
Like, what the hell is that?
Or like the sizes aren’t right.
I mean, it’s just…
But I mean, yeah, sure, before COVID, like some things like this may have been happening, but now it’s happening like a lot more frequently.
And on top of that, there’s food, like in the grocery stores, like supply shortage is…
I mean, yeah, that’s true.
Like COVID is a part of it.
But like, I mean, they could say that like three years ago, right?
I mean, because of lockdowns and all that shit.
Oops, I didn’t mean to swear.
I apologize for that.
But I mean, okay.
Regardless, when it comes to like COVID, yeah, of course, I mean, yeah.
So like three years ago, they have, they could say that, I mean, because of the lockdowns.
But I mean, after that, like, I mean, COVID cannot be an excuse anymore.
I mean, for supply shortages.
I mean, it’s been years now.
I mean, that was like five years ago when that started.
And they’re still trying to say, like, it’s like related to what happened with COVID.
I mean, that’s a part of what they’re trying to use as an excuse.
And that’s just inexcusable.
I mean, this is just ridiculous.
It’s not right.
I mean, these companies got to have higher standards.
They can’t be like trying to get away with having such low standards.
They got to respect their consumers, their customers.
I mean, if they want to make money, if they want to keep having business coming in their direction, then they better up their standards back right up, because this isn’t right.
I mean, if you like, notice that a company that you’ve been going to has lowered their standards, and you know what you should be doing as a consumer?
You should stop going to them.
You should stop buying from them.
Only support companies that literally are at a higher quality, because these companies that are still at lower standards suddenly for the last five years, they don’t deserve your business.
They don’t deserve my business.
They need to just stop with their nonsense, because this is just not right.
We all got to have a higher standard in our society.
I mean, this is just a bunch of nonsense.
But okay, I mean, okay, so now I’m going to switch topics again.
But before that, I’m going to go on this quick break.
And on this break, I’m going to say, at plainbowl.com, we have an expanding catalog of high quality clothes and consumer goods.

plainbowl.com.
And yes, I mean, that’s actually just me, myself and I.
It’s not we.
I mean, one day, I’m going to hire employees, but really it’s just me.
Maybe I should rewrite that a little bit.
Okay.
Anyway, so anyway, like so the last topic I’m going to be talking about in this episode is motivational tips for cleaning.
Yes.
I mean, okay.
So this was based on an article I read on the topic of how this one writer who wrote the article was having frustrations about the fact that he’s trying to keep his house clean.
Or maybe it was a woman.
I’m not even sure.
But the person was saying that they were having issues with cleaning their house.
And like, I mean, the so the problem was that that person lacked the motivation to clean.
And so he that person, OK, I’ll just call him a he because I just assumed they were he anyway.
So he realized that he was having issues with motivation related to cleaning, and he ended up figuring out a way that helped.
And maybe you could try this approach yourself.
I mean, because like, I mean, why have a house that’s dirty?
Like, I mean, of course, it’s a lot better to have a clean surrounding at where you live, right?
So it makes a lot of sense.
So, I mean, so what he ended up realizing was that he chose one spot that he really wanted to have clean like almost all the time.
So after he got home from work, what he did was he started cleaning that one spot, that one spot in particular, it was a table.
And so like, I mean, that’s that helped him have motivation in cleaning his house in general, because, I mean, some days he only cleaned the table.
And that’s that.
Because he was too lazy, he wanted to watch TV, he wanted, he had other things to do.
But then other days, this cleaning of that one table led to him starting to clean other things.
It was like a snowball effect, you could say in a way, right?
So like, I mean, that’s what gave him motivation in cleaning the rest of the house sometimes.
And that’s really helpful.
I mean, sometimes the point is that, I mean, what he was making, and you could apply to yourself too, is that like sometimes just cleaning the table is good enough, or whatever it is in your case, like that one spot is good enough.
And then other days, suddenly you feel like, oh, now I’m motivated, and I want to clean a little bit more here and there.
And then suddenly your house is a lot cleaner.
See, that type of thing could certainly help you in cleaning your house.
I mean, why have a messy house?
Like, it’s just not good for the mind.
I mean, I’ve even seen some reports about psychology.
I mean, living in a mess can actually be bad for the mind, can create strange stress, strange, just strange situations on oneself.
I mean, you just got to try to have a clean place.
Like, I mean, it doesn’t have to be like as if you were a janitor and like your house is supremely clean.
I mean, you don’t got to like aim for the sky.
But like, I mean, just being a bit clean, a bit organized is always a helpful thing.
So I mean, so that’s a great thing.
Just having a motivational way, a motivational approach to your cleaning like that, like what I just showed you, can actually be greatly beneficial to you.
So go ahead and try it.
I mean, if you’re having issues with cleaning your house and it’s a bit messy, a bit disorganized, try this approach and watch.
You’ll reap the rewards of this.
But either way, so now that’s that.
That’s the end of podcast episode number 16.
With me, your host, Phil Defiance.
And I’ll always say I’m here to encourage the spread of intriguing knowledge that can spark fires in the minds of those seeking inspiration and truly improving the world.
Well, as usual, I’ve been posting three episodes a week, even though I haven’t been calling the two other episodes scheduled episodes.
I call them bonus episodes, as you can see on my Spotify.
But regardless, I mean, I’m going to continue with this approach regardless.
Yes.
So expect the next two episodes to come out later in the week during this beautiful Christmas season.
Have a Merry Christmas, by the way.
