Full Episode Transcript

Welcome to the Electric Current Rundown podcast, episode number six. I’m your host, Phil Defiance, and I’ll always say I’m here to encourage the spread of intriguing knowledge that can spark fires in the minds of those seeking inspiration and truly improving the world.

This is just a quick 5-minute episode, the last bonus episode of the week before my scheduled episode. I’m just going to talk about two topics. I’m just going to finish off with the “Weekend Warrior Workouts May Be as Effective as Daily Exercise” topic and then switch gears to “There Are Better Ways to Build a Toilet.”

So, okay, let me get right into it.

I mean, it’s true. I mean, it’s surprising but true. Everybody thinks that you’ve got to do consecutive workouts throughout the week, but it turns out that just doing one on the weekend is good enough. But the thing is, it’s got to be an intense workout. Not everybody can handle that. Maybe the next thing you know, you’re going to get a heart attack. You’ve got to be in really good shape to be able to do that.

More about Workouts and on the Next Topic of Toilets

But either way, I mean, regardless, even though most people can’t do that, the fact is, if you are capable of doing that, then you can actually get away with it, and it’s just as effective as doing consecutive workout days throughout the week. So, I mean, it’s just crazy. I mean, it’s crazy how the human body is. It’s like the human body is a miracle of science or something, you know what I mean? This is just another example of that type of thing. I mean, it’s crazy. It’s so true.

But okay, I’m going to talk about another topic now. There are better ways to build a toilet.

This is based on information I read about toilets. There’s actually some kind of thing in Europe, like some kind of expo that they did to build greener toilets with greener technology. This climate change movement is actually going crazy because some of these toilets are ridiculous. They’re trying to redesign the toilet. I mean, I don’t understand it, but either way, I’ll get more into that topic in a moment.

Quick break and then More about these Toilets

Before I do that, I’m just going to get into this quick break. I’m just going to say: Plane Bold Clothing – Live Life to the Fullest. What happened the last time you went to a party while on a great adventure? You’ll be the life of the party with clothing like our authentic plate Goose items. You’ll get exuberant designs you’ll need. Just find them at planebold.com.That’s plain like airplane, planebold.com.

But either way, when it comes to toilets, it’s craziness. What I’m hearing is that they’re trying to, like, I mean, the country of Finland, for example, they got some kind of crazy idea of forgetting about the sewage system and bringing it back to portapotty, like with wood chips inside of it. They’re saying, “Oh, this is better.” But first off, when it comes to wood chips, they have to cut down trees to get those wood chips. This is another example of the hypocrisy of this climate change movement in the first place. They have to cut down trees to save the Earth. I don’t know what’s going on with that.

Final Thoughts Involved with the Story, and then a Quick break

And then think about that too, like paper straws or wooden spoons. Wooden spoons just don’t taste right anyway, and the same thing with paper straws. Those things break, and on top of that, they come from trees. They’re killing trees and they say they’re doing this to save the planet. It makes no sense whatsoever. And then there’s another example right here with portapotties in Finland with wood chips. That’s just stupid.

But then there’s other technologies too that they’re coming out with. It’s absurd. You have to hear more about it.

I don’t have enough time anymore, so that’s what I’m going to continue with in the next episode. This 5-minute episode is basically over. So I just want to say that’s the end of episode number six of the Electric Current Rundown. I’m Phil Defiance, your host, and I’ll always say I’m here to encourage the spread of intriguing knowledge that can spark fires in the minds of those seeking inspiration and truly improving the world.
